Rick has been practicing municipal law his entire career.  Whether it is a town, city, or county, Rick is experienced with legal issues involving:

      Law Enforcement;

      Public entity liability;

      Laws unique to public employees and public employers;

      Various forms of government in New Jersey;

      The Public Trust Doctrine; and

      Challenges to local ordinances.
