Atlantic County Bar Association. Richard C. Andrien, Esquire is a member of the Atlantic County Bar Association and is a former Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association. The ACBA consists of a group of lawyers that live and work in Atlantic County. The ACBA is led by Officers, Trustees and an Executive Director. The ACBA operates to benefit the Atlantic County community, supporting various events and charities focused on the people of Atlantic County. This includes fundraising; peace walks in Atlantic City; supporting and organizing the Atlantic County high school Mock Trial Competition; providing scholarship money to local law students; participating in events to help underprivileged children; and much more. District 1 Fee Arbitration and Ethics Committee. Rick previously served on the District 1 Fee Arbitration Committee as an attorney member appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court. The committee serves to resolve disputes over legal fees between attorneys and clients, as an alternative to litigation.
Special Civil Mediator. Rick has volunteered as a mediator for the Atlantic County Superior Court Special Civil Division.
